1. Notice and takedown

Develofi, LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

3. Required elements of a notice

(a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the infringing material and its location; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or St. Johns County, Florida, if outside the U.S.). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files suit.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
