1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email address, and login credentials.

Content: files you upload (PDF, images, GIF, video, audio), meeting and session details, and screen-share streams while active.

Billing data: plan, purchase history, and limited payment details handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).

Communications: newsletter sign-ups and messages you send to support.

Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser, device type, and cookies or similar technologies, including analytics.

3. How we use and share data

We use data to provide and secure the Service, run meetings you host, process payments, provide support, improve the product, and send messages you have agreed to receive.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: hosting and storage providers, analytics providers, and our third-party payment processor. We may also disclose data where required by law.

4. Retention and security

Free-tier sessions and their files are deleted after 8 hours. Paid content is retained for the period of your plan (for example, up to 12 months for per-meeting purchases) or until you delete it. Account data is kept while your account is active and as required by law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of marketing, by emailing legal@develofi.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of non-essential tracking.

6. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data breach notice

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 and other applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser, which will show the consent banner again.
